Shrimp kebabs

Boiled shrimps and cherry tomatoes, with aromatic sauce, baked on wooden skewers under the grill.

Ingredients

  • Large shrimps, boiled – 18 pcs.
  • Curry – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon (juice) – 1 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 9 pcs.
  • Parsley (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Unrefined olive oil – 30 ml
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes. Peel the shrimp.
  2. Place shrimps on skewers, alternating with cherry tomatoes.
  3. Combine oil and lemon juice and season with salt.
  4. Add curry and parsley and stir. Brush the shrimp with sauce.
  5. Place the shrimp skewers on the wire rack and bake in the preheated grill for 5 minutes (in the oven under the grill).
