Simple Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Ginger – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Lemon – 0.5 Pieces
  • Onions – 3 Pieces
  • Curry – 2 Teaspoons
  • Pepper, salt – To taste
  • Ground black pepper – 2 Teaspoons
  • Chicken Breast – 2 Pieces

Directions

  1. Rub the ginger and garlic on a fine grater. Then we put everything in a bowl. Add black pepper, vegetable oil, salt, lemon juice and curry here. Mix everything well and set it aside for a while.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Then put fillet pieces in a bowl to the spice mixture and mix well.
  3. Peel the onion, grind two onions in a blender (you should get a homogeneous gruel), cut the remaining onion into thin half rings. Then we heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, put the chopped onion there and fry while stirring. Fry for about four minutes, until the onions are soft.
  4. Add the onion puree to the saucepan to the onion, and stir fry for about five minutes.
  5. Then add pieces of chicken fillet with spicy marinade here, and fry for about five minutes. Do not forget to stir. It is better to do this with a wooden spoon. Pour water here, bring to a boil, then reduce the fire and extinguish for twenty minutes under the lid.
  6. Put the finished curry on a plate and serve.
