Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 70 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

  • 60 g suar, brown
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. Makes about 25 balls.
  2. Mix the cinnamon, flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt into a smooth dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes in foil.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top / bottom heat.
  4. Mix the brown sugar with the cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Remove walnut-sized pieces from the dough, shape them into balls and roll them in the cinnamon mixture.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12-15 minutes. Keep a little distance.
