- 125 g nouat, (nut)
- 175 g flour, (type 405)
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 150 g butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s), (M)
- 75 ml milk

- Finely chop the nougat. Mix the flour and baking powder.
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and eggs together until smooth. To do this, stir in the flour-baking powder mixture and milk alternately until it has a creamy consistency. Finally fold in the nougat pieces.
- Line the muffin baking sheet with paper cases and fill with the batter.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for about 20 minutes (stick test).
- Let cool down briefly and remove the muffins from the mold.
- Sprinkle the surface with powdered sugar or glaze or sprinkle as desired.
