Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons oil, sunflower oil
  • 1 onion (s), diced
  • 225 g beans or other leumes, cooked or canned
  • 100 g nuts, mixed, chopped
  • 2 egg (s), whisked
  • 1 teaspoon yeast extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sage, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the onions for 3 minutes, stirring. Mash the beans and mix with the onions and the remaining ingredients. Place in a small, well-greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let cool a little, turn out and serve instead of meat.
