Bean Roast with Squid

Beans with vegetables, chicken, and squid.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Canned white beans – 1 can (250 g)
Squid carcass – 1 pc.
Chicken – 60 g
Onions – 1 goal.
Garlic – 2 teeth
Carrots – 35 g
Bulgarian pepper – 70 g
Tabasco sauce – 10 drops
Tomato – 1 pc.
Tomato paste – 1 tbsp
Chicken broth – 170 ml
Curry – 1/3 teaspoon
Cilantro

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into cubes and fry for a couple of minutes. Then add the carrots in cubes. In a couple of minutes – Bulgarian pepper. And after another couple of minutes – finely chopped chicken and garlic.
  2. After the chicken is fried, add the tomatoes, tabasco sauce, curry, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
  3. Add tomato paste. We cut the squid into rings, and add to the vegetables, it will let in a little water, salt to taste.
  4. Rinse the beans and pour them into the roast. Add chicken broth (I used Knorr Dinner Soul). Pour half of the cilantro, cover, and turn off the heat. When serving, sprinkle beans with vegetables, chicken, and squid with the rest of the cilantro.
