Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (s) (minute beef steaks), cut into strips
  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 750 ml beef broth
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 3 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
  • 1 red pepper (s), chopped
  • 1 leek, cut into small pieces
  • Cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 500 g rice, cooked

Instructions

  1. Season the meat with salt. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the meat with onions and garlic. Stir in the tomato paste and fry briefly.
  2. Dust the roast with flour and add the beef stock. Mix everything together properly, then add the sour cream and vegetables and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add paprika powder and parsley and season with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Serve the strips of beef with rice.
