  • 150 ml water or chicken soup
  • some chives

  • 210 g tender wheat (Ebly)

Instructions

  1. Cook Ebly (or equivalent amount of rice or pasta) according to instructions.
  2. Cut the meat into strips or cubes and fry them in about 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated hot pan until crispy brown. Finally, salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
  3. If necessary, add a little more oil to the pan and fry the onion cubes until light brown. Add the chopped peppers and sauté briefly. Pour water or soup on top. Add garlic-flavored crème fraîche (alternatively, normal crème fraîche plus 1 - 2 cloves of garlic), ajvar, corn and the roasted meat and heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly chili powder.
  4. Serve sprinkled with chives or parsley.
  5. Salad goes well with it.
