Ingredients
- 450 g turkey meat, (chicken also possible)
- 3 onion (s), diced
- 1 large red pepper (s)
- 300 g corn or frozen youn peas
- 125 g crème fraîche with arlic flavor
- 300 g ajvar, mild
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili powder
- 150 ml water or chicken soup
- some chives
- some oil for frying
- 210 g tender wheat (Ebly)

- Cook Ebly (or equivalent amount of rice or pasta) according to instructions.
- Cut the meat into strips or cubes and fry them in about 1 - 2 tablespoons of oil in a coated hot pan until crispy brown. Finally, salt and pepper and remove from the pan.
- If necessary, add a little more oil to the pan and fry the onion cubes until light brown. Add the chopped peppers and sauté briefly. Pour water or soup on top. Add garlic-flavored crème fraîche (alternatively, normal crème fraîche plus 1 - 2 cloves of garlic), ajvar, corn and the roasted meat and heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper and possibly chili powder.
- Serve sprinkled with chives or parsley.
- Salad goes well with it.
- The corn can also be replaced very well with young frozen peas, or you can also mix them in.
