  • 1 kg meat your choice

For the marinade:

  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, smoked, noble sweet
  • 2 teaspoons Pimentón de la Vera
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper, smoked
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic powder
  • 3 teaspoons salt or to taste
  • 100 ml sunflower oil

Instructions
