Ingredients
- 2 scoops buffalo mozzarella
- 2 handfuls rocket, prepared
- 1 large carrot (s)
- 6 slices bacon (fried bacon)
For the dressing:
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard, hot
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 100 ml broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon, heaped curry powder
- 0.5 ½ small chilli pepper (s), finely chopped
- 1 spring onion (s), cut into thin rings
- 1 tablespoon, heaped sesame seeds, roasted without fat
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Halve the bacon lengthways and then cut into small squares. Fry until crispy in a pan, remove and let cool on kitchen paper.
- Peel the carrot and slice it into fine strips, mix with the rocket and place on two plates. Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread on the salad.
- For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together well and mix in the bacon. Pour the dressing generously over the mozzarella so that some of it flows onto the salad.
