Ingredients

16 slices white bread or toast bread, approx.

For the cream: (avocado cream)

For the cream: (beetroot cream)

For the cream: (cheese cream)

For painting:

400 g cream cheese (you can also replace part this with low-fat quark)
100 g natural yourt
1 small onion (s), finely grated

For decoration:

Carrot
Herbs, fresh (flat & curly parsley, chervil, dill, chives, etc.)
radish
Cucumber

Instructions

The preparation is really simple. For the individual fillings, mix all the ingredients into a cream and set it aside.
To layer the cake, cut the white bread or toast bread so that it fits into the shape and then the cake can be filled. After each layer of cream there is a layer of bread. Once this is done, the cake is placed in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool.
You can use this time to prepare the decoration. After the cooling time, the cake is coated with the outer cream and decorated.
In the video you can see how I did it. The cake should be prepared the same day it is served. Then it tastes best!
