Soda with Plum Ice

Fizzy is a carbonated refreshing drink. Here’s a recipe for Soda with Plum Ice.
Ingredients
- Plums – 300 g
- Sugar – 100 g
- Water – 0.5 l
- Carbonated water – 300 ml
Directions
- Wash the plums, remove the seeds.
- Cover with hot water, add sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Refrigerate.
- Strain the compote. Pour the liquid into ice cube trays. To freeze.
- Fill the glasses with plum ice cubes.
- Fill with soda.
