Soda with Plum Ice

Fizzy is a carbonated refreshing drink. Here’s a recipe for Soda with Plum Ice.

Ingredients

• Plums – 300 g
• Sugar – 100 g
• Water – 0.5 l
• Carbonated water – 300 ml

Directions

1. Wash the plums, remove the seeds.

   

2. Cover with hot water, add sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Refrigerate.
3. Strain the compote. Pour the liquid into ice cube trays. To freeze.
4. Fill the glasses with plum ice cubes.

   

5. Fill with soda.
   Homemade plum ice fizz is ready!
