Soft Waffles

The waffles in this recipe are very similar to the Viennese waffles sold in stores. It is very important that these waffles are baked in a small electric waffle iron (mine is in the shape of a flower).

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Sugar – 1 glass
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Vanillin

Directions

  1. Melt butter. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Add butter to eggs.
  3. Introduce flour gradually.
  4. Spoon the dough into waffle iron and fry until golden brown. The waffles will retain their softness even when cooled down.Enjoy your tea!
