  • Kefir – 2 Glasses
  • Vegetable Oil – 0.25 Cup
  • Flour – 1.5 Cups (approximately)
  • Cornstarch – 0.5 Cup
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.3333 Teaspoon
  • Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons

Vienna Waffles Soft Instructions

  1.  First, separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with kefir and vegetable oil until smooth. Sift flour and salt into a deep bowl. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
  2.  Whisk the whites with sugar until stiff peaks.
  3. Add the proteins to the dough little by little, stirring gently.

  4. All that remains is to heat the waffle iron and fry the waffles until golden brown. Enjoy your tea!
