Soup with Stewed Meat, Millet, and Eggs

Soup with stewed meat, millet, and egg is a hearty, rich, and tasty first course. To prepare it, you need simple foods and a minimum of effort. Thanks to the use of ready-made stew, cooking does not take much time. And the whole family will remain well-fed and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • Pork stew – 350 g
  • Millet – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 250 g
  • Carrots – 100 g
  • Onions – 100 g
  • Fresh parsley – 4-5 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Water – 1.5-2 l

Directions

  1. We prepare products for making soup.
  2. Pour water into a saucepan and put on heat.
  3. We clean the vegetables.
  4. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  5. As soon as the water boils, salt and put potatoes in it. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Cut the onion into cubes.
  7. Put the fat from the stew in a pan and fry the onion in it for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
  9. Add carrots to the onion and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  10. Then add the stew and fry everything together for another 1 minute.
  11. We wash the millet thoroughly.
  12. Put millet and frying from the pan into a pot with potatoes. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  13. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a whisk.
  14. Add beaten eggs into the soup in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  15. Chop the parsley leaves.
  16. Put chopped parsley into the soup, salt, and pepper to taste. Bring the soup to a boil and turn off the heat.
  17. Soup with stewed meat, millet, and eggs is ready. Bon Appetit!
