  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 liter vegetable stock
  • sea-salt
  • Nutmeg, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with the water and egg.
  2. Pour into the boiling broth, stirring constantly.
  3. Let the egg flakes steep for approx. 3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and nutmeg. Sprinkle with chives.
