Sour Cream Cake with Nuts

Unusually delicious sour cream cake. Ground nuts give the cake an extraordinary flavor. A cupcake with sour cream turns out to be lush and aromatic.

Ingredients
- Nuts (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts) – 1 glass
- Wheat flour – 1 glass
- Powdered sugar – 1 glass
- Sour cream – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Soda (quicklime) – 0.5 teaspoon.
Directions
- Sift flour. Mix flour, baking soda and icing sugar. Add sour cream and eggs.
- Stir in the sour cream muffin dough until smooth.
- Nuts can be dried in the oven or in a pan. Chop the nuts, but not too much, so that some large pieces remain. Add to the dough, mix.
- Place the dough into muffin tins.
- Bake the muffins on sour cream at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, they should turn golden brown. (You can bake a whole cupcake, but then the baking time increases to 40 minutes.)
- Sour cream muffins with nuts are ready. Bon Appetit!
