Ingredients
- 2 cup (s) sugar (large cups)
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 cup / s flour (large cups)
- 0.75 ¾ cup oil
- 250 ml orange juice
- 1 can cocktail fruits, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 cups cream
- Grease for the tin

- Work the sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar, flour, oil and orange juice into a dough and stir in the cocktail fruits. Spread the dough on a greased deep baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes until golden brown. Then let the dough cool down.
- For the topping, whip the whipped cream and sour cream with a little sugar (depending on your taste) until stiff and spread on the dough. Finally sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate until ready to eat.
