Have you ever tried to cook delicious and very unusual spaghetti with cuttlefish ink at home? If I haven’t done so yet, then I’ll tell you in detail how to do it.
Cook: 20 hour
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
Spaghetti – 350 Grams
Seafood – 250 Grams
Garlic – 1-3 Cloves
Cuttlefish Ink – 2 Teaspoons
Basil – 1 Pinch
Paprika – 1 Pinch
Olive Oil – 3 Teaspoons
Salt – 1 To taste
Directions
The first thing to do is squid. Peel them well and cut into thin rings. Send olive oil to a saucepan or frying pan, heat it up. Peel and chop the garlic, send it to a saucepan, fry a little.
Lay out the pre-prepared squid or other seafood that you will use in your recipe for making spaghetti with cuttlefish ink.
Add some paprika and (if desired) chili peppers. Mix gently.
Do not keep the seafood on the fire too long, otherwise it will become tough. A couple can be removed from the saucepan and left to serve, and add ink to the rest.
Add pasta to boiling salted water.
Mix everything thoroughly to distribute the color evenly. It turns out very original, isn’t it?
Throw the finished pasta in a colander, and then transfer to a saucepan. Mix well.
When serving the spaghetti with cuttlefish ink at home, add a pinch of basil and the squid you put away. Very tasty and appetizing!
