Spaghetti With Seafood in a Creamy Sauce

Seafood is usually boiled for about 7 minutes. You boil the spaghetti as usual (wash it or not). The seafood spaghetti dish is quick and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Seafood cocktail – 500 g
  • Spaghetti – 200 g
  • Sour cream 20% – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tooth
  • Onions – 0.5 small heads
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

Direction

  1. The ingredients we need to make seafood spaghetti in a creamy sauce.
  2. Put the water for the seafood, add some salt.
  3. Put a sea cocktail in boiling water, after boiling, cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. While the seafood is boiling, cut the onion and garlic.
  5. We rub the cheese.
  6. Put butter in a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil.
  7. Put the chopped garlic and onion in a preheated pan with oil.
  8. We drain the water from the seafood.
  9. Fry the onion until transparent.
  10. We spread the seafood in a frying pan, fry for 1-2 minutes.
  11. We boil the spaghetti, as written on the package, mine is boiled for 6 minutes.
  12. Add sour cream to seafood.
  13. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  14. Add cheese, stir for another minute.
  15. Drain the spaghetti. I rinse the pasta, then put it back in the pot, which contains a piece of butter – the butter will melt, the spaghetti will be warmed up.
  16. Spread pasta on plates, top with seafood in sauce. I poured a little lemon juice, this is to taste, added greens. Spaghetti with seafood in a creamy sauce, we got exactly 2 servings. They turned out to be satisfying.
