Heat the oil in a small pan. Add the spring onions and garlic and cook slowly over a low heat for about 4 - 5 minutes. Add the vodka and cream and cook over a low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the caviar. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet, drain, mix with the sauce and serve immediately.
