Ingredients
- 65 ml olive oil
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 120 ml vodka
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 200 g caviar, black
- 500 g spahetti, or spahettini
- salt
- Pepper, freshly ground

- Heat the oil in a small pan. Add the spring onions and garlic and cook slowly over a low heat for about 4 - 5 minutes. Add the vodka and cream and cook over a low heat for 5 - 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the caviar. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
- In the meantime, cook the spaghetti firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet, drain, mix with the sauce and serve immediately.
- Garnish with a small dollop of caviar in the middle of the pasta.
