Directions
Prepare your ingredients.
Add baking powder and a pinch of salt to the flour.
Peel 2 apples from the core and from the skin.
Cut the apples into small pieces.
Beat eggs into a bowl for beating, add brown sugar.
Add flour mixture and chopped apples.
Punch into the puree with a hand blender.
Pour in milk.
Prepare a baking dish, cover the bottom with parchment, brush with butter, dust with flour, shake off excess flour.
Pour the dough out, it will be thin enough, as it should. On top, overlap, lay out the remaining two apples, cut into slices. Place the bake in an oven preheated to 180 for 50-60 minutes.
Check readiness with a toothpick or wooden skewer.
Cool the pie, brush with apricot jam, serve.
