Ingredients

  • 100 g speculoos
  • 4 tablespoon coffee, cold
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 100 g low-fat quark
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the mascarpone with quark, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and the juice of half a lemon to a smooth cream. Dip the speculoos briefly in coffee and alternate with the cream in a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the last layer of cream with cinnamon and sugar and decorate with pieces of speculoos.
