Ingredients
- 500 g spelled flour type 630
- 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
- 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
- 1 pack dry yeast
- 350 ml milk
- 40 g butter
- 50 g cranberries, dried, rouhly chopped (also raisins, cherries etc. to taste)

- Warm the milk with the butter.
- In the meantime, mix all the dry ingredients and then knead well with the milk.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Then place the dough in a loaf pan in the cold oven and bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
- A sweet temptation with cheese or with butter and honey.
