Ingredients
- 50 g jalapeños, sliced, from the lass, drained
- 1 apple (gala)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 400 g veetable broth, self-cooked
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper

- Core, peel and roughly dice the apple. Put the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix on the highest level for 1 minute.
- Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for another 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently.
