Ingredients

  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sambal oelek
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 cloves garlic)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with yoghurt, tomato paste and sambal oelek until creamy. Cut the chilli peppers lengthways, remove the seeds and cut the pod into fine strips. Press the garlic (or cut it into tiny cubes - we prefer) and stir into the cream with the chilli strips, add salt if necessary.
  2. Tastes great on baguette or ciabatta, e.g. as a starter.
