- 2 slices cooked ham
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- parsley
- salt
- pepper

- Boil the eggs hard, quench them, peel them and let them cool down a little. Then cut the ham into small squares and fry briefly in a pan. In the meantime, finely dice the eggs and onion. Then add the ham and mix everything together.
- Then mix the mayonnaise and mustard with finely chopped parsley and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add to the eggs.
