Ingredients
- 220 g spelled flakes, tender
- 250 ml boiling water
- 500 g spelled flour (whole rain)
- 1 cube yeast
- 150 ml milk
- 150 ml water
- 1 teaspoon, leveled sugar
- 1 teaspoon coriander, acc.
- 20 g salt
- spelled flakes, for sprinkling

- Warm the water with the milk and sugar slightly and stir with the yeast until smooth. Pour boiling water over the spelled flakes and stir until all the spelled flakes are moistened and allow to swell for 60 minutes. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and slowly process into a smooth dough with the food processor for at least 5 minutes. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes until the volume has increased. Knead the dough thoroughly again and form a round loaf of bread. Brush the surface with water and sprinkle with oat flakes. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes and cut several times. Bake in the preheated oven at O / U 200 ° on the second shelf from the bottom for 50 - 60 minutes.
