  • 250 g spinach
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 80 g parmesan, rated
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated. Juice and peel it
  • 30 g pine nuts
  • 80 ml oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach, spin dry and chop. Pluck rosemary needles and chop. Finely puree the spinach, garlic, parmesan, rosemary, lemon peel, pine nuts and oil in a blender. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
