Ingredients

  • 1 kg spinach
  • 0.5 ½ cup rice
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 bunch dill
  • Oil, if possible olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and scald the spinach. After getting cold, press and cut well.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the onions. Add the spinach, a little water, salt and pepper. After a while, add the rice and top up with some water, about 1-1 / 2 cups. Cook until the rice is ready and add the dill just before the end. Season to taste with lemon juice.
