- 1 cup milk, low in fat
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 200 g flour (whole wheat flour)
- 100 g flour (wheat flour)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3 tablespoon oil

- First, carefully puree the bananas. Then add eggs and milk and mix with the banana puree. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and stir to form a smooth dough. The dough should have a cake batter-like consistency. If it is too firm, a little more milk should be stirred in. Finally, bake the banana bread in the preheated oven at 180 degrees top / bottom heat for 50 minutes. If necessary, cut into the top of the dough lengthways after 10 minutes.
