Ingredients

  • 70 g oatmeal, tender
  • 30 g millet flakes
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped protein powder, with vanilla flavor
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • some raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • sugar or sweetener

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. If you want, you can grind oat and millet flakes in a mixer beforehand to make flour. Sweeten with sugar or sweetener to taste. Let the dough soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Shape the dough into balls the size of a golf ball and fill each with a raspberry. Cook the curd dumplings in hot but not boiling water.
  3. Tip: You can also use other fruit if you like and mix desiccated coconut into the dough.
