Squid in Garlic-Nut Sauce

The meat of marine life is easily digested and contains a large amount of substances necessary for the human body. And if these are squids cooked with a nut-garlic sauce, then this is doubly useful.

Ingredients

  • Squid – 300 g
  • Dill greens – 1 tbsp
  • Nuts – 60 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  1. We prepare products for squid in garlic-nut sauce.
  2. Pour boiling water over 300 grams of squid carcasses.
  3. Fry in 20 grams of butter for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Turn off, add one tablespoon of chopped dill, mix and put on a plate.
  5. Grind the nuts.
  6. Add 2-3 chopped garlic cloves.
  7. Stir and place in a frying pan with two tablespoons of moderately heated vegetable oil. Stir and remove from heat.
  8. Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of ground black pepper, or salt and pepper to taste. We mix.
  9. We spread the squid on a dish, you can whole it, or you can cut it into rings. Put the garlic-nut sauce on top and serve as a cold appetizer.
