Squid with Spicy Sauce

Fried calamari is served with a spicy bell pepper sauce with green onions and spices.

Ingredients

  • Small squids (young) – 5 pcs.
  • Sweet red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Green onions (chopped) – 2 tbsp
  • Ground paprika – 0.5 tbsp
  • Ground crackers – 0.5 tbsp
  • Cumin – 0.5 tbsp
  • White wine vinegar – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Chop the pepper, transfer to a blender.
  2. Add garlic.
  3. Pour in vinegar.
  4. Add crackers, paprika and cumin.
  5. Season with salt and beat.
  6. Pour in olive oil.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon in a frying pan. a spoonful of olive oil. Lay out the squids. Fry.
  8. Add onion.
  9. Place the squids on a serving plate. Drizzle with sauce.
