Ingredients

  • 1 piece (s) ginger (walnut-sized), peeled, chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red, chopped
  • 1 stalk / e coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, cut into strips
  • 400 g fish (2 cod chops, 200 each)
  • salt
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 lime (s)
  • some lime (s) - eighths

Instructions

  1. Salt the fish, place it on a steamer, distribute the prepared vegetables on top and pour the water on the bottom of the pan. Squeeze the lime, cut the peel into fine strips and pour both over the fish.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve garnished with lime wedges. Rice is enough for this.
