Stew with Turkey and Corn

Delicate juicy meat with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Turkey fillet – 700 g
  • Ground paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Bulgarian red peppers – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions with white portion – 1 bunch
  • Canned corn – 250 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Salt Broth or water – 150 ml

Directions

  1. Wash fillets, dry them and cut them into strips. Wash the pepper, peel, and cut into strips. Place the corn on a sieve. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it. Season with salt, sprinkle with half the paprika, and transfer to a plate.
  3. Add bell peppers, half green onions, and corn to the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining paprika, salt, add broth or water and simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add meat, leftover green onions. I added dill sprouts for the exotic. This potion grew in a pot, long and white. Simmer the turkey stew with herbs for 2 minutes.
  5. For a side dish with turkey stew, you can boil rice, pasta.
