Ingredients
- 300 g turkey meat
- 2 onions)
- 1 can corn
- 1 banana (s)
- 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- 6 tablespoon wine, white
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 50 g butter
- 1 cup rice (long grain rice)
- 150 g cheese (Gouda)

- First bring a cup of rice with 2 cups of water and a little salt to a boil in a saucepan, then cook on the lowest level for 20 minutes without opening the lid. Cut the turkey fillets into fine strips. Fry in a pan with the butter. Remove the fried fillet strips from the pan and set aside. In the remaining fat, let the onions turn golden brown in fine rings. Now add the corn to the onion rings in the pan. Deglaze the whole thing with the white wine. Now add the almonds, curry, salt, ginger powder and lemon juice and let it steep. Cut 1-2 bananas into small slices and add to the pan. Finally fold the turkey fillet strips and the finished rice into the mixture. Put everything in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the grated Gouda cheese and bake in the oven at 225 ° for 10 minutes.
