Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s) or turkey breast fillet
  • some olive oil for frying
  • 1 packet sugar snap peas, approx. 200 g
  • 1 head broccoli, approx. 500 g
  • 2 carrot (s)
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • some mushrooms, possibly

For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce e
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First cut the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  2. Then fry the chicken pieces in a little oil. When these are browned, add the vegetable pieces. Now pour the sauce over it and stir everything well. Then simmer until the vegetables are cooked but not mushy, stirring occasionally.
  3. If necessary, season with salt and pepper (for me personally it is enough through the sauce).
  4. I always serve rice noodles with it, but rice goes just as well.
