Ingredients
- 300 g yourt, (cream yourt)
- 3 tablespoon honey, more liquid
- 600 g strawberries, frozen
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 point vanilla sugar

- First stir the yogurt with honey and lemon juice until creamy. Mix the frozen strawberries with vanilla sugar and let thaw gently for 15 minutes. Then puree the yogurt mixture and the berries vigorously in a blender or with a magic wand. Put everything in a bowl and briefly put in the freezer to keep it cool.
- You can also use fresh strawberries, then the mass takes several hours to freeze and has to be stirred in between.
