- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg white
- 500 g strawberries
- sugar
- powdered sugar
- butter
- Breadcrumbs
- salt

- Process all ingredients, except for the strawberries and powdered sugar, into a dough. Use a spoon to cut off small heaps and fill them with 1 strawberry each and form small dumplings with wet hands. Let them boil gently for 3 minutes in slightly salted water. Take out carefully and toss in brown butter and breadcrumbs. Dust with powdered sugar.
