Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 500 g preservin suar (2: 1)
- 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
- 3 tablespoon Cointreau

- Wash and chop the strawberries. Put in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar.
- After a short boil, chop up with the hand blender. Add the vanilla and Cointreau. Let everything boil for about 3 minutes. Pour into prepared glasses.
