Ingredients

1 kg minced meat, (minced pork)
1 roll soaked in water and squeezed out
2 egg (s)
salt and pepper

For the filling:

2 onion (s), thinly sliced
10 slices bacon
5 pickles, sliced lengthways
3 tablespoon mustard

Also: (for the side dishes)

g 1,000 potato (s), peeled and quartered
1 bag / s Brussels sprouts, frozen
Flakes butter
1 tomato (s), sliced

Stuffed Meatloaf with Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts from Oven

Instructions

Knead the mince, rolls and eggs, season with salt and pepper and spread out on baking paper. Brush with the mustard and top with bacon. Spread the onion slices and the cucumber slices on top. Now roll up with the help of the parchment paper. Pinch the sides and place the roll in the center of a deep baking sheet. Spread the tomato slices on top. Place the potatoes on one side and the Brussels sprouts on the other. Carefully pour in some water and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Cover with a few flakes of butter.
Bake at 175 ° C for 80 minutes.
