Smokeys Stuffed Brussels Sprouts Potatoes

Instructions

Peel the leaves off the Brussels sprouts and blanch them briefly (approx. 1 - 2 minutes), then drain well.
Halve the potatoes, hollow them out and place in a buttered dish. Coarsely mash the pepper.
Whisk the crème fraîche well with the milk and spices. Squeeze the garlic and fold in the Brussels sprouts leaves. Pour the Brussels sprouts mixture into the potato halves and sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 ° C top / bottom heat until the parmesan has taken on a light color.
With a salad it is a small main course or a side dish for meat.
