Ingredients

  • 1 pack herbs, mixed, frozen, e.g. herbs Provence
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 16 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Slice the turkey breast in a butterfly cut. Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the herb mixture with egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the herbs on the turkey breast. Then top with the cheese.
  4. Roll up and wrap with bacon. Tie up with kitchen thread. Wrap the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest for a few hours.
