Ingredients

  • 6 small zucchini, halved and hollowed out
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 onion (s), cut into cubes
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
  • 1 tomato (s), cut into cubes
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g feta cheese, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly olive oil

Instructions

  1. Steam the halved and hollowed zucchini in a little water in a saucepan for about 10 minutes, then place in a baking dish.
  2. Stew the onion and garlic in the vegetable stock and then add the minced meat and fry it. Add half of the tomato cubes to the minced meat and fry with it. Add the hollowed out zucchini meat to the meat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Let it boil for about 10 - 15 minutes, then distribute this mixture over the zucchini. Sprinkle the remaining tomato cubes on top and sprinkle with feta cheese. Baked in the oven at 180 degrees upper / lower heater for about 15 - 20.
  3. You can of course also add olive oil and then put it in the oven.
