Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Let’s dispel the myth that savory baked goods don’t taste good. I suggest making sugar-free chocolate chip cookies. It turns out to be satisfying and great for a snack. Take note of the recipe!

Ingredients

Oatmeal – 200 Grams
Cocoa Powder – 2 Teaspoons
Chocolate – 40 grams (bitter)
Coconut flakes – 20 Grams
Milk – 120 Milliliters
Egg – 1 Piece
Baking powder for dough – 1 teaspoon

Directions

Prepare the required ingredients.
Divide the oatmeal in half. Grind one part into flour. Combine both parts in a bowl.
Add the rest of the dry ingredients: coconut, baking powder, cocoa.
Pour in milk, melted butter.
Add coarsely chopped chocolate.
Stir with a spoon until smooth. The dough will turn out to be slightly smearing, but keeps its shape well.
Tear off pieces from the dough and roll into balls the size of a walnut. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment at a short distance from each other. Use a fork to flatten them slightly.
Put the prepared cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Consider the characteristics of your oven!
After the time has passed, remove the baking sheet. The finished biscuits should easily come off the parchment.
Transfer the cookies to a bowl and refrigerate. You can also serve the cookies lukewarm.
