Ingredients
- 4 lemon (s), juice it
- 4 large orange (s), juice it
- 8 cl sugar syrup 1: 1, alternatively sugar
- 500 g strawberries
- 5 peach (s) or nectarines
- 1 handful apricot (s)
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 1 ½ liter mineral water, classic

- Sugar syrup is easy to make yourself. Simply mix sugar and water in a ratio of 1: 1, bring to the boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Let cool down. Those in a hurry do without the syrup and mix the juice with sugar to taste.
- Wash and clean the fruit and cut into bite-sized pieces. Put the orange and lemon juice and the sugar syrup in a sufficiently large container and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably longer. Stirring occasionally.
- Put the fruit in a punch bowl, fill up with well-chilled ginger ale and mineral water and serve cool. Don`t forget the skewers for the fruit!
