Ingredients
- 250 ml rum, white, Cuban
- 700 ml apple juice
- 50 ml elderflower syrup
- 2 lemon (s), halved
- 1 lime (s), cut into wedges
- Lemonade, cloudy, to fill up
- Crushed Ice

- Pour the rum, apple juice and elderflower syrup into a large jug. Squeeze the lemon halves, put the juice and the empty peels in the jug as well as the lime wedges. Stir well with a wooden spoon.
- For each cocktail, fill a mug half full with crushed ice and the rum base, and then top up with the lemonade.
