Ingredients
- 250 g pasta (fork spahetti)
- 2 packs ready mix for salad
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 tablespoon water, possibly more
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 250 g sausae (poultry sausae)
- 2 spring onion (s)
- possibly sugar

- Cook the fork spaghetti as usual. In the meantime, cut the peppers into small strips and the sausage into cubes. The spring onions are cut into small rings. Then put everything together in a salad bowl. After boiling, rinse the forked spaghetti with cold water and also add to the bowl
- Dressing:
- Mix the olive oil, water, tomato paste and ready-mixed mixture together and also add to the salad bowl. Mix everything together well and add a little sugar to taste.
- I let the salad stand in the fridge overnight, after which it tastes best.
